History
• Explanation not consistent with injuries or a complete lack
of explanation. for example, a story was told of how a
child fell off a kitchen table onto their father's bicycle is it
usual for a bicycle to be in a kitchen? What was the child
doing on the top of a kitchen table? the story seemed
unlikely and further investigation revealed a family
registered with social services as being under surveillance
for possible NAI.
